To promote and encourage memory, the doctors tried to find benefits from exercise. Exercise is needed to improve cognition and reduce normal memory loss so that specific exercises can be done to provide improved memory. Regular light exercise can do is walking, swimming and other body exercises that will help maintain the performance, stamina, endurance and memory better. improvement of blood flow to the brain will provide great benefits and prevent mental disorders and encourage the growth of nerve cells in brain regions that deal with memory function.

Therefore, people need to stand up, keep busy and learn something new for good mental fitness, many people said that they currently feel bored doing the exercises. They should not say that. The truth is that everything can be a workout. Exercise is something that becomes part of our everyday lives.
